Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Designing and developing new web applications.
- Integrating data storage solutions.
- Creating backend components.

- Connecting applications with additional web servers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to create a web application run on multiple platforms
- Create reusable, effective, and scalable JavaScript code
- Design the data and presentation layer of the web application’s front-end
- Use additional JavaScript libraries such as Redux to manage the web application’s state, derive computed data from the state of the system, and make asynchronous API calls
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year of professional experience in React JS, React Native
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Angular JS
- Highly proficient in rendering components with Native APIs
- Highly proficient in JavaScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, jQuery
- Highly proficient in one or more libraries (e.g. Redux, React Router, etc.) for state managing and routing in addition to React.
- Proficient in using Git as a control system
Requirements & Skills:
- 1-3 years of design work experience and a strong background in experience design strategy, creative direction and visual design with a high bar for quality design and an impeccable attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects including visuals and detailed walkthrough of the design process/methodology followed.
- A great communicator with interpersonal skills to communicate complex concepts and ideas to many different stakeholders with varying levels of exposure to UI/UX Design.
- Experience planning and conducting generative user interviews and usability testing of prototypes.
- Passionate about using quantitative data and qualitative research findings to support design decisions and advocate for the best experience for users.
- Understands the pillars of design systems, including principles, components, patterns, and accessibility, as both a design system consumer and design system creator.
- Fluent in UX design tools and methods for creating mockups and prototypes such as Figma, Miro, Invision, Adobe XD, and others.
- Driven by curiosity and humility to seek feedback until we get it right for the customer.
